What is Proposal Management?

Proposal management is a system for collecting reusable content, locating, collaborating on, and creating, finished proposals, presentations, pitches, or bids to secure a sale. Typically, in larger organizations, a proposal manager is assigned to walk through this process from start to finish, from planning the proposal to gathering contributions from key contacts to creating a polished presentation, and then quality checked before submission. In smaller organizations, the sales teams complete these tasks

Can I cancel at any time?

We will need advance notice of at least 10 business days for the cancellation of services. We require a 2/3-month commitment for retainer packages. Prior to the end of a 60/90 retainer, we will regroup to discuss our services and path forward.

All cancellations will need to be in writing.

Do you work with clients in different time zones?

YES. We make our schedules as flexible as possible to work with your team.

Do you travel to client locations?

Due to new COVID -19 requirements, our staff is fully vaccinated. We have now resume travel to client locations under safety protocols.

What is an RFP?

An RFP, or Request for Proposal, is a document that is sent to multiple vendors asking for proposals to be submitted for a specific project. Your response to the RFP is an opportunity to show the requesting company that you have the skills, knowledge, and ability to meet the needs of the project. Usually, several companies will produce presentations for the contract in competition with each other, based on the details of the RFP.

Why is it important to have a proposal management process and a sales process?

We believe that in order to win the work you want and grow your business, a formal process needs to be in place. You have to have a change in mindset. I’ve worked with many firms who think they have a process but all it does is cause stress and not everyone is following proper guidelines. The processes are often created by one person and when they leave so does the information. Without a proper process in place, you cause yourself and your team, stress, mistakes, wasted time, and frustration.

We can help you create a process that grows with your company and reduces the fact of your having to always reinvent the wheel.

Who can I contact should I have additional questions?
