An Architectural and Engineering firm located in the Boston area enlisted the Ariah Agency to help bring clarity to its company presentation marketing materials. This presentation was very important to the company as they began developing their brand identity in the market place. This firm provided architectural, engineering, and construction services to the life sciences industy.

Our Challenge:

This firm recently underwent a company name change. They struggled with being known under the new name and for their work in the industry. The company had to overcome an inconsistent brand identity, unclear brand messaging, and an ineffective marketing strategy. This company had built a quality reputation in its industry over the years, but it was losing business to bigger firms based on the name change and rebrand.

Danille gave us exactly what we needed. She provided a fresh-eyed approach and confidence to our team!

Note: Based on our outstanding performance, our firm was called back to create an offsite training program for its sales team.

Our Solution.

The Ariah Agency conducted a three-day off-site strategy session. Our goals for the meeting were:

Organize the Company Presentation into a quality presentation that focused on:

  • who they are

  • what they do

  • how they do it

  • where they’ve done it

  • why it matters

We worked collaboratively to develop their story. We outlined their messaging, core values, key messages, and key differentiators. Deliverables included a newly designed presentation and key messaging documentation.

Our Results.

Once we completed our process, our client was given materials that could be developed and scaled for client presentations. Our client was able to have a cohesive presentation that represented the company well when meeting with upcoming and future clients.
